What if I am not based in the United States?

We absolutely love our international audience. However, since I am a U.S. based attorney most of the law will be based on the legal standards as they pertain to the United States. However, if you plan to acquire U.S. Trademarks or you have an online business, I encourage you to join because the topics we cover will span Internet law, U.S. Intellectual property and some business principles that are important to every business owner.

What if I have a legal question or need legal advice?

You are more than welcome to contact my law firm to set up a consultation by emailing support@secureyourempire.com. If we feel we can meet your legal needs and inquiry, my assistant will be in contact with you to schedule an appointment. However, I am ONLY licensed in New York, so I only work on matters related to New York, Common Contract law or Intellectual Property, or Internet Law.

Once I buy the content can I reproduce it and give it to all my friends?

Upon purchase of the program I will ask you to voluntarily sign a confidentiality agreement. If you are unwilling to abide by this very important requirement, we will happily refund your investment.
